What netballers say about NetBird Projects

As an older athlete I was considering retiring from netball but decided to do this over the summer as a test. As a result I feel energised, strong and excited about the season ahead. Played netball and I felt strong, I had good speed, change of direction and stamina.

GK/GD · Pre Season Project
I feel really proud of what I've achieved and feel so much better in my body and amazed by the improvement. I'm feeling fitter and stronger than before my injury and am excited to get back on the court. I'm no longer seeing food as the thing I need to restrict or minimise. I've loved the sense of community, accountability and support that the project provided.

Off Season Project
The way I've gained confidence on court through proper training and building strength to aid my recovery and injuries, and being able to play like I did, for me is the biggest gain. I've learnt a lot these past 8 weeks about nutrition, exercises that aid performance and goals, listening more to my body and finding the balance.
